What we collect

Only what you choose to send through a form on this site: your name, email or phone number, and your message. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

How it’s used

Your details go to Lyndsi Armenio so she can reply to your inquiry or send the guide you asked for. They are also kept in her private, password-protected inbox on this site, and in her client-relationship system (Cloze), so nothing gets lost. They are never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Texts and calls

When you tick the consent box, you agree Lyndsi Armenio may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Aster (AI assistant)

Aster is an AI assistant, not a person. What you type to Aster is sent to Anthropic, the company that runs the AI model, so it can write a reply. Anything you type in the chat is saved for 30 days after your last message, so Lyndsi Armenio can see what you asked, and then deleted. Please don’t type anything sensitive, such as account numbers or health details.

We collect your contact details only if you use the follow-up form. If you ask Lyndsi Armenio to follow up, a short AI-written summary of your chat is saved with your request and in her client-relationship system (Cloze), along with the neighborhoods you asked about as tags. That summary is kept until you ask us to delete it.

To prevent abuse, we count how many messages are sent each day using a one-way scrambled code (a hash) made from your IP address, not the address itself. Those counts are deleted after about two days. Automated bot protection (Vercel BotID) also runs on the chat to keep out automated traffic. Nothing you say to Aster is used for advertising.

Aster can make mistakes. Its replies may be inaccurate, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. Please check anything important with Lyndsi Armenio or a qualified professional.
